Fundraising and Grant Writing
I am passionate about getting people's ideas out of their heads and into the world - and funding is what makes that possible. The work is part listening, part pitching: finding the most honest, most compelling version of what someone is trying to do, and helping them put it out there. I'm a bit of a cheerleader in that way. Over the years it's helped bring in millions for artists and cultural projects. If you've got an idea ready to find its funding, let's talk.
Strategy & Facilitation
I love being in a room with people who are trying to figure out where they're going together. Strategic planning is creative work - most of it is creating the conditions for teams to slow down enough to really hear each other, and to find the bigger thinking that's been waiting for them. I also hold space for the harder conversations, the ones where everyone needs to feel heard, and run end-of-project evaluations where the lessons can land and the wins are properly celebrated.

Creative Projects
I've spent twenty years in the performing arts sector, from tiny grassroots shows to big national productions, with much of the past decade in youth arts. What's always pulled me in is the collaborative side of it: the messy, brilliant alchemy of making something together. I'm always open to new collaborations- whether it's co-designing an adaptation of a Greek tragedy with 70 high school students, directing a new text-based work with a local playwright, devising a live-art piece on a busy city bridge, or creating a bilingual dance-theatre work across Australia and Korea.

Meditation, Yoga & Mindfulness
After years of pushing flat-out and burning out more than once, I finally learned the age-old lesson: do less, achieve more. The practices that taught me this are simple - sitting quietly, moving gently, paying attention. A few minutes a day genuinely changes how you feel, how you work, and how you live. I'm an accredited meditation teacher (1 Giant Mind Academy) and a 200hr yoga teacher (Jim Harrington's Reunion). If you'd like to learn how, get in touch.
